These terms apply when you use our website (ayoayo.life), visit Ayo Ayo Café in General Luna, Siargao, or use any service we provide. By doing any of those, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or services.
who we are
Ayo Ayo Café ("Ayo Ayo", "we", "us") is a wellness café registered in the Philippines. You can reach us at ayoayowellness@gmail.com.
the website
The website tells you about the café and how to find us. We keep it accurate, but opening hours, menu items and prices can change without notice, so what's in the café on the day is what counts. Links to other sites, like Instagram and Google Maps, are run by those companies under their own terms.
food, drinks and health
We build our menu around whole foods and wellbeing. Anything we say about nutrition or health, on the website, on social media or in the café, is general information and not medical advice. Talk to a qualified health professional about your own health needs.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before you order. We'll share what we know about the ingredients, but our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy, so we can't guarantee any dish is completely free of them.
orders and payment
Prices are in Philippine pesos and include any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Payment is due when you order. If something is wrong with your order, tell us while you're still in the café and we'll do our best to put it right.
in the café
We want Ayo Ayo to feel calm and safe for everyone. We may ask anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful toward guests or staff to leave. Please look after your own belongings, since we can't be responsible for items left unattended.
internal tools and google services
Some of our software, such as the backup tool that saves copies of our business records to Ayo Ayo's own Google Drive, is used only by Ayo Ayo to run the business and isn't offered to the public. How these tools handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
our content
The Ayo Ayo name, logo, photos, text and designs on this website belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our site and tag us on social media.
liability
We provide the website as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as Philippine law allows, Ayo Ayo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the proper courts of Surigao del Norte, Philippines.
